Media mogul and Chiarman Emeritus of DAAR Communications Plc, High Chief Raymond Dokpesi, has instituted N5billion defamation suit against the Minister of Information & Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, following the inclusion of his name in the list of treasury looters.
