A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Gbaramatu kingdom, Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State, High Chief Michael Johnny, has warned the Delta State Independent Electoral Commission, DSIEC, not to make any attempt to rig the January 6, councillorship elections in Gbaramatu kingdom.
