LAGOS—Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, has concluded plans to flag off a response team, known as Marine Rescue Unit, inorder to ensure prompt response to emergencies, surveillance, as well as provide adequate safety of the commuting populace on Lagos waterways.
