The Association of Tourist Boat Operators and Water Transporters of Nigeria, ATBOWATON, has described as a healthy development a recent meeting at which they had the opportunity to rub minds with officials of the National Inland Waterways Authority, NIWA and the Lagos State Waterways Authority, LASWA, with the aim of improving water transportation on the inland waterways of Lagos.
