Abuja—Apparently miffed by the looting and destruction of the Kaiama Vocational Training Centre in Bayelsa State by yet-to-be indentified persons, the Presidency, yesterday, set up a six-man panel to probe the incident, arrest the culprits and bring them to justice within one week.
