The Inspector General of Police,, Usman Alkali Baba has commended Woman Police Corporal, Juliet Ukah for a successful training tour which climaxed in fighting and defeating South Africa's Crystal Van Wyk to win the Extreme Fighting Championship (EFC) 102.
