What should Jonathan do in 2014?
We are in the first month of 2014. This is the time of the year when budgets, programmes, policies and democracy dividends should be high on any government agenda. Plans for the year are made public and the machinery to achieving them are put in gear. But this is not what Nigerians are witnessing.
