Media aide to the Chairman of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Mr Jerome-Mario Utomi has said the recent defection of members of the  Delta Unity Group, DUG, in Ika area of Delta  state  to the All Progressives Congress, APC,  was a clear indication that the party would dethrone the PDP in the state.
