The outgoing Japanese Ambassador to Nigeria, His Excellency Sadanobu Kusaoke, has commended the Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Dr. Maikanti Baru, for his support and cooperation during his time in Nigeria.
