Ize-Iyamu vs Obaseki: Appeal Court reserves judgment
THE Court of Appeal sitting in Benin City, Edo State, has reserved judgment in the appeal by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and its candidate in the September 28, 2016 governorship election in Edo State, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, in which they are asking the court to nullify the judgment of the lower tribunal which upheld the election of Godwin Obaseki of All Progressives Congress, APC.
