THE Itsekiri National Youth Council, INYC, has petitioned the Director, Department of State Services, DSS, over the alleged arrest of a marine transporter, Mr. Shola Akurene, by armed men suspected to be officers of DSS, who stormed his Warri residence on March 3, 2017 and whisked him to an unknown destination.
