Following recent media reports of the demise of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, the commissioner representing Ughelli South, Udu and Urhobo in Warri South in the commission, Chief Amos Itihwe, yesterday, insisted that the commission is not dead.
