Inoaghan, an Okpe from Amukpe, community leaders affirm
community leaders of Amukpe, in Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State, have affirmed that Eugene Inoaghan, Senior Special Assistant to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Special Duties is a son of Okpe Kingdom from Amukpe community, denying rumours that Inoaghan is from Warri North Local Government Area of the state.
