Investors and prospective home owners at the upcoming multi-billion Naira Imperial International Business City, IIBC, located on an Island beside Lekki Pennisula Phase 1 in Eti-Osa Local Government Area, Lagos state have been assured of immediate commencement of work at the 200 hectare business city to be comepleted in two phases.
