The opposition, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Imo State, has alleged that the ruling, All Progressives Congress, APC, plan to flood Ehime-Mbano with soldiers as from Friday night to intimidate voters in the various communities during the Imo North Senatorial District re-run election slated for Saturday. The candidate of the PDP, Athan Achonu, is from the area.
