FORMER Commissioner in Delta State, Chief Omolubi Newuwumi, yesterday, said   the Federal Government could rein in importation of illegal weapons by Niger Delta militants, Boko Haram insurgents and other illegal arms bearers into the country by studying the make, identification codes and serial numbers of armaments to know the countries manufacturing and selling them.
