THE apex socio-political group of the Ijaw worldwide, the Ijaw National Congress (INC) has urged the Federal Government and security agencies to exercise extreme caution in their response to the planned nationwide protest, warning against inflammatory rhetoric and heavy handed tactics that could exacerbate tensions and plunge the country into chaos.
