THe All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, has urged President Muhammadu Buhari to quickly address squarely the vexed issue of marginalization of the South East to end the present protests by the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, and Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra, MASSOB.
