AN Igbo socio-cultural organisation, Igboezue International, has stated that the prediction by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, UNESCO, an organ of the UN, that the Igbo language will be extinct by 2050 was an insult and an aberration which has motivated the group to promote the language.
