The All Progressive Congress, Kogi East caucus, Thursday, called on President Muhammadu Buhari to appoint an Igala extraction as replacement for the late Minister of State for Labour, Barrister James Ocholi, who died on March 6, 2016 in a ghastly motor accident along Abuja-Kaduna road.
