The annual International Culture & Art Festival ICAF will be holding from July 25 to 28 in Lagos. As a sequel to ICAF Berlin 2017 editon, the culture and art show for 2018 edition that spans four countries including Nigeria, Kenya, south Africa and Germany with the theme: "Global Peace & Harmony” is to support art in Africa.
