FIRST Lady of Edo State, Ilara Oshiomhole, yesterday, kicked off the 7th anniversary celebration of Governor Adams Oshiomhole in office with a party for the Internally Displaced Persons, IDPs, camp in Uhogua, Ovia North-East Local Government Area of Edo State.
