Senate halts debate on FRA over degree, HND dichotomy
FOLLOWING sharp argument for and against holders of university degree and Higher National Diploma, HND, obtained from the polytechnics, over the qualification of the person who should man the Federal Roads Authority, FRA, the Senate was, yesterday, forced to stand down discussions and consideration of the bill.
