Two prime suspects have been arrested in connection with the murder of the Chairman of Lagos State Tricycle Operators Association, Oshodi chapter, Rasaq Bello, popularly known as Hamburger, during the All Progressives Congress, APC, primaries at Shogunle area of Lagos, on May 29.
