The Court of Appeal sitting in Yola, Adamawa State, has upturned the judgment of the High Court in the state, which had sacked the Hama Batta, Alhamdu Teneke, as the authentic royal father for Demsa chiefdom, and affirmed Chief Alhamdu as the paramount ruler of the chiefdom.
