AHEAD of the September governorship election in Edo State, the South South Zonal Organising Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Dr. Blessing Agbomhere has said that the party's gubernatorial candidate, Senator Monday Okpebholo, is the best candidate in the election.
