Jigawa State Governor, Mohammadu Badaru Abubakar said that Nigerians should no longer blame President Muhammadu Buhari ‘s administration for the current scarcity of the foreign exchange, saying that the problem was traceable to the fact that Nigeria “is a chronic importer”.
