Jos - The Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Legislative Budget and Research, Mr. Timothy Golu has urged Nigerians to be prepared to vote out President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019 as he is being hypocritical about the issue of restructuring which he promised Nigerians while campaigning for his election in 2015.
