PRESIDENT of the Senate, Senator Ahmad Lawan has described former Chief of General Staff, Lt. General Oladipo Diya as a fine officer who played his role dutifully during some of Nigeria's most critical times. Lawan in a  condolence message yesterday to the family of a former Chief of General Staff, Lt. General Oladipo Diya, over his death,  said that  Diya kept his dignity.
