THE Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, Monday, in Owerri, the Imo State capital, met with the Prof. Uzodinma Nwala-led Alaigbo Development Foundation, ADF, as part of his consultations towards the agitation for Biafra Republic.
