An Ogun  State high court sitting in Ijebu-Ode, yesterday, struck out  a suit challenging the position of the founder of the First City Monument Bank, FCMB, Otunba Subomi Balogun, as head, Fusengbuwa Ruling House, one of the ruling houses in Ijebu where an Awujale  of Ijebuland is selected.
