Government  has  been  asked  to train secondary school students in basic first aid skills for accident victims. The Secretary, Health and Human Services of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), Mrs Amanda Pam, gave the advice during  a  training programme in Abuja, yesterday.
