The Permanent Secretary in the Federal Capital Territory Administration FCTA, Mr Olusade Adesola, has called for an immediate review of Ministry of the Federal Capital Territory Dissolution Order No.1, 2004 otherwise known as “Order 1, 2004″, in order to effectively address burning issues in the administration of the Territory.
