Trade associations constitute price-fixing cartels, in violation of law – FCCPC
The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) has accused trade associations in Nigeria of constituting themselves into cartels engaged in controlled supplies of products and services, and price fixing which is in violation of extant laws.
