Faleke blasts Bello for donating cars, cash to masquerades

DEPUTY Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Kogi State and former Campaign Coordinator of President Muhammadu Buhari in Lagos State, James Faleke, has described as absurd the donation of six Toyota Venza cars and cash gifts of N2 million each by the Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, to masquerades in his home town of Okene, during the last Ekwechi (masquerade) festival in December 2017.

2017 budget ready for passage —Faleke

ABUJA— A member of the House of Representatives, James Faleke, has clarified the delay regarding the passage of the 2017 budget, saying while the fiscal policy document was ready for parliamentary assent, it was necessary to have it delayed till now in order to produce a clean copy devoid of any form of padding.
