THERE was tension, weekend, at Ogulagha Kingdom, Burutu Local Government Area, Delta State, as youths threatened to shut down oil operations at Forcados Export Terminal, Forcados North and South Bank Flow Stations, Yokri, over the arrest of an ex-militant leader, “Gen” Bonny Gawei, by the Nigerian Navy Service, NNS Delta.
