Researchers from the University of Texas found that when people got at least 60 minutes of physical activity during the day, they slept better at night.
STAND straight up with the feet together. Gently lower the trunk till the forehead is touching or almost touching the knees and make a ring with your forefingers and thumbs around the big toes. Stay in the position for about 10 seconds. Return to the upright position, rest a while and repeat.
