COALITION of Amnesty Programmes, Phase 2 and 3 leaders and members has commended the coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Brig- General Paul Boroh (retd) for sustaining various empowerment programmes for the benefit of youths in the Niger Delta region.
