Edo housing agency names, shames chronic debtors
The Edo Development and Property Agency (EDPA) has embarked on a ‘name and shame’ campaign against chronic debtors at the Edo House, Oluwole Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, noting that the tenants have been owing rent and service charges for a while.
