THE Ebonyi State chapter of the All Progressives Congress, APC, weekend, said it doesn’t have confidence in the operations of the Ebonyi State Independent Electoral Commission, EBSIEC, regarding the conduct of the forthcoming local government election scheduled for April 22 in the state.
