In a bid to bring succor to the physically challenged persons in Bida, the Founder of Livelihood Support Initiative (LSI), Dr Kelly Izuwa Nwogu, has redeemed the pledge he made at a recent visit to the Emir of Bida, HRH Alhaji Dr. Yahaya Abubakar.
