Lawyer flays refusal of 13 Brigade to obey court order
MR Dickson Arikpo, of Ndoma Egba, Ebri chambers in Calabar, Cross River State, has decried the refusal of the authorities of 13 Brigade Nigerian Army to release four civilian detainees several weeks ago after a Cross River State High Court sitting in Calabar ordered their arraignment before a court or be released from detention immediately.
