THE controversy surrounding the attack and looting of Delta Shopping Mall (Shoprite) on January 8, 2016, has taken a new turn, following a police report linking the suspended Chairman of Uvwie Local Government Area, Mr Henry Baro and Chairman of Effurun Central Motor Park, Mr Napoleon Odibu, to the incident.
