THE Chief Judge of Delta State, Justice Marshal Umukoro, has condemned the burning of Ogwashi-Uku Magistrate's Court by some criminal elements, saying it was a shame to their collective reputation that in the year 2017, people still sit down and initiate plans to burn down public property, “painfully, a court building for that matter.”
