ANYONE familiar with good old Okere-Ugborikoko Road, Warri South Local Government Area, Delta State, cannot help but wonder why one of Warri’s busiest roads, right in the heart of the fast fading oil city, is left by relevant stakeholders to collapse into the piteous mess it has become.
