BENIN—AS the leadership of the newly registered All Progressive Congress, APC, perfects its merger arrangement in Edo State, a chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the state, Mr. Dan Asekhame, has said that APC will not survive in the state due to what he described as the controversial conduct of the local government elections in the state.
