The Acting National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ambassador Umar Damagum, has disowned the South-South Zonal Congress organized by loyalists of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, in Calabar, Cross River State, on February 22.
