The Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Company, NLNG, yesterday, announced that SCD Joint Venture, JV, Consortium, comprising Saipem of Italy, Japan’s Chiyoda and Daewoo of South Korea, has emerged the preferred bidder for its Liquefied Natural Gas Train 7 project.
