AHEAD of the 2019 general elections, the National Christian Elders Forum, NCEF, in association with the  Christian Social Movement of Nigeria, CSMN, have urged Nigerians to reject both the All Progresives Congress, APC, and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
