THE Group Managing Director, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, Dr. Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu has said that Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company, WRPC, Ekpan. was shut down due to ongoing maintenance contrary to insinuation that it was due to crude shortage.
